Born May 20th, 1977 from a Belgian mother and a father from Sicily , Silva grew up surrounded by music. Writer, composer, performer and musician (piano, guitar, drums, bass and accordion), Silva is a complete artist.

 

After having received an award for his debut album"Laisse Aller," Silva released "Antidote" by Universal Music and is now preparing his third album.

 

Awards & diploma:

Silva won every prize in the TV Show "Pour la gloire" on RTBF with his piano / voice version of “Puisque tu pars” (J-J Goldman).

 

Jury Prize in the contest "The Golden Rose" in Antibes , chaired by Eddie Barclay.

 

Sound engineer diploma at IAD (Louvain La Neuve University).

 

The singles "Encore" reached the 3rd rank in the Belgian charts.

 

Opening Act for major french artists as Florent Pagny, Stanislas, Christophe Willem,...

 

Silva won the "Octave de la musique" award for the revelation of the year for his debut album "Laisse aller"

 

His song "Boum Boum Boum" performed by Shana Tesh became the summer hit in France and and ranked n° 8 in the charts.
